These knives, reinforcement bars and cleaners have all been field tested. The knives have a thick layer of hard surfacing, with extra tungsten carbide, which will make them wear longer. The reinforcement bars will help the drum cracking. They need to be installed on the underneath side. The knives should be installed hard surface down. The above units require Maize cleanouts because of clearance needs. We have
not cut back on hard surfacing. Hard surface needs to be down.
